15 August 2025, Bangkok – DTP Global REITs Management (DTPRM) hosted the “DTPHREIT Investor Forum” to thank investors for their continued support of DTPHREIT and to present the trust’s performance over the past three years. Ms. Hansa Susayan, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of DTP Global REITs Management (DTPRM), welcomed participants at the Camellia Ballroom, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. 

Ms. Orn Yomchinda, Executive Vice President Investment Sales, Asia, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, and Mr. Rathawat Kuvijitrsuwan, Senior Vice President Advisory & Asset Management, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, shared their insights on hotel industry trends, reinforcing the consistent performance of DTPHREIT and strengthening investor confidence. 

Mr. Hansa Susayan together with Ms. Wasukarn Visansawatdi, Group Chief Financial Officer, presented the business outlook and growth strategy of DTGO. Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC, updated investors on the progress of The Forestias and Cloud 11. Ms. Wanida Suksuwan, Managing Director of DTPRM,  shared an overview of DTPHREIT’s operating performance and distribution. All speakers also engaged in Q&A session with investors.
