MQDC Raises Paid-Up Capital by 2.5 Billion Baht

MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, increased its paid-up capital by 2.503 billion baht in November, boosting its total for its planned projects to 15.956 billion baht.
11 December 2023, Bangkok – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, increased its paid-up capital by 2.503 billion baht in November, boosting its total for its planned projects to 15.956 billion baht.

Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, MQDC CEO, said that the company raised its registered capital by a further 4 billion to 18.8 billion baht. Capital yet to be paid totals 2.844 billion baht.

This capital increase will fund property projects for a sustainable society under MQDC’s “For All Well-Being” philosophy. Innovation for sustainability, or “sustainnovation”, will be at the core of each development, he said.

Major projects nearing completion include The Forestias, an innovative forest district under MQDC’s sustainability and well-being principles with green space across 56% of its area.

The Forestias homes soon to be transferred include Whizdom Destinia, Whizdom Mytopia, and Whizdom Petopia, followed by Mulberry Grove Condominiums, Mulberry Grove Villas, and The Aspen Tree.

MQDC is also developing Happitat to operate from next year. This mixed-use lifestyle project at The Forestias will be a happiness destination to complete perfect lifestyles at the new neighborhood.

In addition to The Forestias, MQDC is developing major mixed-use and residential projects including Cloud 11 and Whizdom Craftz Samyan.
