20 February 2024, Mumbai – MQDC India, part of the property developer within DTGO, won twice at Realty+ Flex Spaces Conclave. 

The company won “Co-Working Project of the Year” for its Whizdom Club in Gurugram and “Flex Space Woman of the Year” for Country Director Ms. “Amy” Chulamas Jitpatima. 

Whizdom Club in Gurugram launched in November as MQDC’s second inspiration space and co-working club in India. 

The award jury recognized the club for flexible spatial design, smart infrastructure, tech integration, use of energy-efficient lighting systems, water conservation measures, and biophilic design for a safe and eco-friendly workspace. 

 Ms. Jitpatima, winning for the second year in a row, was selected for her future-forward approach, unique perspective, and tangible examples of achievement. 

Mr. Anand Nanda, Director of Growth & Business Operations, accepted the awards on behalf of MQDC India. 

MQDC India opened its Whizdom Club in Delhi in 2019 and its second co-working space in Gurugram last year. 

The inspiration hubs combine working spaces with amenities for learning, socializing, relaxing, and dining for large corporations, SMEs, and startups, alongside professionals, startupreneurs, and students. 

Realty+ Flex Spaces Conclave was held by Realty+, a real estate publication, with exchange4media and BW Business World Group at Hotel Sahara Star Mumbai.
