30 November 2023, Delhi – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, presented its residences to Indian investors at an exclusive event for clients of top real estate agencies at the Imperial Hotel.
The event featured a press conference and invite-only presentations for elite buyers with a “third home” concept.
MQDC aims to provide these investors with “third homes” reflecting their taste and status, beyond their properties for everyday living.
The IMD team also arranged an agent night and 3 days of public sales with key luxury agents including CBRE, Anarock, JLL, and Cushman and Wakefield.
The properties received a great response from high-net-worth investors, who will visit Bangkok to take their final decision.
The IMD team has also recently held property showcases in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and is targeting Laos and Myanmar as it expands the company’s overseas markets.
At this latest showcase MQDC also unveiled its new Whizdom Club in Gurugram, building on the success of its first co-working space in Delhi.
