9 January 2024, Bangkok – MQDC has almost completed construction of "The Forestias" forest district, with all its residential projects now over 70% finished and set to be transferred for residents to move in this year. 

 MQDC is the property developer within DTGO, operating under a philosophy of “For All Well-Being” for human and environmental well-being. 

 The Forestias is a green neighborhood in Bangna where residents can live healthily and happily in nature. 

 Projects ready to start transferring to residents from the start of this year include 3 Whizdom condominiums: Mytopia, Destinia, and Petopia. 

 Mulberry Grove Villas and Condominiums are each over 70% complete and set to be gradually transferred to residents within the first quarter. 

 The Aspen Tree healthy living community for older adults will complete construction then officially open for sale. Buyers can explore the standards of care and view actual facilities from February 2024. 

 Six Senses villas are nearing completion as the global hospitality brand's first luxury resort style residences in Southeast Asia. 

 The Forestias Signature Series, launched in mid-2023, is set to be gradually transferred to residents in 2025. 

 Happitat at The Forestias, spanning 200,000 sqm as "The New Themed Destination of Happiness", is 70% complete. Its Hilltop Offices are 60% complete and are set to open for rental in September.
