The new company aims to revolutionize real estate through district utility systems that enhance sustainability.
Unisus Green Energy offers 2 innovative systems: district cooling and district drinking water. These solutions are designed to cut costs, reduce energy consumption, enhance quality of life, and contribute to a greener world.
Models of both systems debuted at "Nova BUILD EXPO 2023", an exhibition highlighting modern building innovations at BITEC Bangna.
Unisus Green Energy is collaborating with The Forestias, MQDC’s forest district across 64 hectares at Bangna.
The Forestias has a district utility system to provide both drinking water and cooling. MQDC’s Cloud 11, an upcoming creator hub on Sukhumvit Road, will feature district cooling.
