31 May 2023, Bangkok – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, won 5 trophies at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-24, as well as 2 International Property Awards nominations, presented at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

MQDC won for homes at The Forestias, with awards for Mulberry Grove Villas and Six Senses Residences at the forest district in Bangna.

Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit’s luxury condominiums at Ekkamai took a prize. The Estate (Thailand), MQDC resale and consultancy unit, received a further award.

Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas and Six Senses Residences were both nominated for International Property Awards.
