3 May 2023, New Delhi – MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, signed a lease with Tapasya Group for its second Whizdom Club in India, to open at Gurugram, a city near the capital.

Ms. Chulamas Jitpatima, Country Director of MQDC India, signed in the presence of Mr. Korn Trakantalerngsak, Head of India Group Strategy, at the Whizdom Club in South Delhi GK2.

The new inspiration hub will give multinational corporations, SMEs, startups, and tech companies a space for both professional and personal growth.

Gurugram is 30 km southwest of New Delhi, near the international airport and well connected by road and metro.

Whizdom Club is MQDC’s first initiative in India. The initial coworking space opened in 2019 and now hosts 15 companies including large corporations, SMEs, and startups, alongside professionals, startupreneurs, and students.

MQDC is also bringing products to India including innovative anti-viral carpets.
