MQDC by UrbanAction, CP Group, ICONSIAM, Chao Phraya River Tourism Association, the Embassy of the Netherlands, and representatives from the public and private sectors, along with the community, joined together for World River Day under the theme ‘Continuing the River Heritage of the Chao Phraya River’ at the activity area of ICONSIAM. 

During the opening ceremony, there was a demonstration of intent and support for addressing waste issues in rivers and canals in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the Terracycle Foundation, and relevant agencies to create a model for sustainable environmental management. 

UrbanAction and its partners brought a delegation from the Netherlands Embassy to visit the activities in the Yodpiman River Walk project, Kudi Jeen, and the Santa Cruz Church while discussing collaboration under the Dutch–Thai Partners for International Business (PIB). 

This activity marks another important step in the collaboration of all sectors, which not only raises awareness about the environment but also contributes to the sustainable development of cities and communities.
