Advisors and a team from Buddharaksa Foundation visited schools and learning centers in the “Border Patrol Police English Teacher Development Program” in areas under Border Patrol Police Divisions 32, Border Patrol Police Sangwanwit 8, and Border Patrol Police Chiang Rai – Phayao, at Chiang Rai.
