Blue Carbon Society continued its “Young Blue Trip” campaign for students to save the earth through the “Small People Think Big to Save the Environment” initiative at Bang Tabun Community, Ban Laem District.
15 August 2023, Phetchaburi – Blue Carbon Society continued its “Young Blue Trip” campaign for students to save the earth through the “Small People Think Big to Save the Environment” initiative at Bang Tabun Community, Ban Laem District.

Blue Carbon Society is a non-profit that DTGO supports through the 2% of topline revenue the group dedicates to initiatives for society, focused on education, healthcare, and the environment.

The foundation aims to conserve and restore the marine and coastal ecosystems that absorb carbon and can help counter climate change.

“Young Blue Trip” teaches about conservation through sites in Laem Phak Bueng and Hat Chao Samran.

Young people will be inspired to initiate environmental protection projects in their communities.

Mr. Thai Puphan, Deputy President of Laem Phak Bia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, spoke the event.

Mr. Kordeeyao Phonchai, Director of the Promotion and Coordination of Marine and Coastal Resources Network, Marine and Coastal Resources Administration Office 3, also addressed the students.

Experts from various sectors and a ranger team shared environmental knowledge with the children.
