25 November 2022, Bangkok – The Forestias by MQDC crowned its success in national and global contests with a further 3 trophies from “Thailand Property Awards”, bringing the new forest district’s tally of prizes to 70.
The Forestias is the world’s first urban neighborhood to be designed in every aspect for human and environmental health and well-being.
The new district in Bangkok will span 398 rai, with an estimated 56% of green space. A selection of residential concepts will bring healthy, happy living to families of every age and profile.
Mulberry Grove provides luxury living for extended families. The Aspen Tree is a community for older adults with healthy living and lifetime care. Whizdom offers new-generation lifestyles. Six Senses provides upscale wellness in nature.
