DTGO has helped set up a flood-monitoring system that can give local people crucial time to prepare when flash forest floods threaten their homes.
9 September 2022, Khao Yai – DTGO has helped set up a flood-monitoring system that can give local people crucial time to prepare when flash forest floods threaten their homes.

MQDC, the property developer within DTGO, helped set up the system with Obotrons, a technology specialist within the group.

The system involves the Security Operation Center (SOC) at Magnolias French Country, an MQDC villa project by the Khao Yai national park, and the associated U Khao Yai hotel.

Central Security The system will send flood alerts and set up safeguards to protect and reassure residents, hotel guests, operational staff, and villagers in the nearby Mu Si community.

The SOC’s forest monitoring service also involves MQDC’s Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC) as well as departments including Internet of Things (IoT), Property Management Services, and Central Security. MQDC plans security under its philosophy of “For All Well-Being” for the health and well-being of all its residents.
