“We now frequently use credit cards to buy things, but don’t get cashback or points in return and have to pay an annual free,” said Mr. Pongsatorn Dhanabordeephat, President of DLC.
“So Infinyx is launching a card for paying by cash or digital currency at anywhere.”
Infinyx will connect all cryptocurrencies and integrate them with real-world finance, creating freedom to spend through traditional or new finance.
“In the past when we transferred money to others, we used checks, which could be faked. We now use PromptPay or a QR code. Children now don’t what a check is. They’ve skipped to PromptPay. Cryptocurrency is similar, with people who know it, use it, and understand it.”
DLC is set to launch a LINE account and app for registering for a virtual card for online shopping with baht or a digital currency. A physical card will later be available at offline stores.
