28 October 2022, Bangkok – Buddharaksa Foundation received recognition for helping support communities during COVID-19 at a World Habitat Day “People Change City” event.
The DTGO-supported foundation received a certificate at Bangkok City Hall at an event featuring Community Organizations Development Institute (CODI) and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
DTGO supports Buddharaksa Foundation under its commitment to realizing the potential of all life. The non-profit helps children and youths from underprivileged communities to access a good education.
Buddharaksa Foundation scholarships help children and young people gain knowledge and skills.
The event included exhibitions, a forum, learning materials, and a community market from a network of 50 Bangkok districts.
