25 December 2021, Bangkok – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto, Chief Advisor to Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), and Dr. Pattrarat Tannukit, an expert in infection prevention and control, presented 300 sets of assistive tableware as gifts for well-being to Priest Hospital.

RISC is a research hub set up by MQDC, the property developer within DTGO. The center conducts research and curates publicly accessible resources, such as a library of eco-materials, to enhance well-being and sustainability.

The tableware can help older adults and patients with hemiparesis and myasthenia gravis to eat by themselves, boosting life quality for both patients and caregivers under the concept of “For All Well-Being”.

The assistive tableware won a GMark good design award at Tokyo in 2019 and received a Design Excellence Award (Thailand).
