The Municipality of Na Jomtien held a 5 December tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great with support from organizations including the DTGO-linked Buddharaksa Foundation and MQDC, the property developer within the group.
5 December 2021, Chonburi – The Municipality of Na Jomtien held a 5 December tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great with support from organizations including the DTGO-linked Buddharaksa Foundation and MQDC, the property developer within the group.

Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Vice Minister of Culture, presided over the event as its opening speaker at Ban Amphor.

The celebration feature an exhibition of royal duties and a display of portraits by pupils taught by Art4Worth, a Buddharaksa Foundation program to empower children in underprivileged communities

Wat Sa-Kaeo School Orchestra performed royal songs. Marigolds grown by Huai Yai farmers were shown. Participants enjoyed free street food, aid packs, flowers, and haircuts.

This tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great is the first at Ban Amphor, hosted with support from village health volunteers and government and private-sector organizations such as MQDC Pattaya project, Ocean Marina Yacht Club, CP Group, Lotus’s, and Art4Worth by Buddharaksa Foundation.

Artists from Art4Worth by Buddharaksa Foundation and MQDC Pattaya project created an inspiring mural of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great in a sailing boat, covering an area 4 meters across and 6 meters high, which played a key role in the celebration.
