1. Escape your thoughts.
Do something to temporarily get away from stress. You don't need a reason. Just give yourself a perfect time-out until you feel relaxed and then get back to your task.
2. Consider the effects of stress.
When your mind is calm, consider whether stress makes tasks easier or harder. Those thoughts will help your mind become more aware of the effects of stress and better relieve you from it.
3. Do your best. Don't try too hard… Stay disciplined and do it bit by bit. But be consistent. Things will gradually fall into place.
