MQDC: Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality of customer service to our customers
  • Responsible for achieving the transfer target of the residential units within the specific timeline
  • Provide high quality of services of client satisfaction, quickly communicate and resolve client requests and problems in timely manner
  • Accomplish operational tasks as assigned by superior
  • 5-10 Years in Customer services, property management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
  • Good command of spoken written English Chinese Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong service mind and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadline
