identify HRD priorities and recommend solutions which support the business goals and provide expert professional advice and support to senior managers and top managements on all areas of people development as well as leadership development
Play a key role and work hands-on in developing and advising HRD operations – competency program, career path & development, succession plan, and talent management, etc.
Identify requirements in conjunction with line managers and develop and implement reward and remuneration policies and systems to attract and retain talents and motivate them to contribute to the fullest achievement
Plan, monitor, and supervise the implementation of employee engagement initiatives (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement) to promote the company's corporate culture and create theme of intervention to communicate and enforce organization values
Master’s Degree in HRM or HRD or related fields
At least 10 years of experience in human resources development, proven experience in setting and implementing HRD programs such as competency, career path & development programs, succession planning & talent management would be a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and is familiar with dealing and convincing all levels of employees
Strong analytical skills, be positive thinking and proactive, and possesses pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken, reading, written), good command of Chinese would be an advantage
Good presentation skills in English and Thai and is computer literate
