MQDC: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible as Project Owner’s representative managing and coordinating construction projects (Hi-end in Residential).
  • Drive the construction activities to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within cost and highest quality.
  • Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
  • Responsible for project budget management and reporting, including cash flow monitoring and projections, control the quality standards, prospective bidders to owner.
  • Obtain the necessary authority approvals and manage the contract & tender process.
  • Responsible for Design Management, Contract Documentation, Tendering, Construction and Post-Construction Stages of Projects.
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of working experience in construction residential project.
  • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD etc.
  • Good teamwork. Possess effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Honest, diligent, dedicated.
  • Excellent knowledge in construction & architect-related law and rules& regulations. Able to manage assignments independently. Possess practical working experience in project development.
  • Possess skills in engineering management process and property development process.
  • Good command of English language.
