DTGO: VP - Customer Experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Services partner to operate customer experience operation center.
  • Collaborate with related parties to deliver greatest experience to customer, along the journey.
  • Grooming and Engage all member, internal and partner, to believe in company value and deliver company standard to customer
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • More than 5 year work experienced in Customer related position.
  • More than 3 year work experienced in Customer Experience Management Position.
  • More than 2 year work experienced in Team Lead or Supervisor level.
  • Work experience in Real Estate Development Business would be advantage.
  • Must be adept at effectively communicating and negotiating with senior level decision makers.
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Able to communicate in English, such as Listen, Speak, Read, Write and Presentation.
