MQDC: Customer Experience Marketing

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy the company‚Äôs market segmentation, competitive positioning, traditional and digital marketing initiatives and customer experience strategies.
  • Develop customer experience as a key enabler by creating a memorable brand and customer experience. Establish the systematic collection and application of customer experience insights for strategic advantage and growth.
  • Build the customer lifecycle and create a managed communication strategy to prioritize and integrate the full range of our solutions and services.
  • Map out the existing customer experience, documenting all the phases and steps, and how the different parts of the experience interact
  • Understand different customer personas, and how the experience differs across them
  • Journey mapping, including all communication, touchpoints and target customer
  • Lead the net promoter score program, running all surveys, and analyzing survey data to understand current pain points and gaps in the customer experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 8 years' experience in marketing
  • Solid experience in brand management , lifestyle development
