Map out the existing customer experience, documenting all the phases and steps, and how the different parts of the experience interact
Understand different customer personas, and how the experience differs across them
Journey mapping, including all communication, touchpoints and target customer
Lead the net promoter score program, running all surveys, and analyzing survey data to understand current pain points and gaps in the customer experience
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
At least 8 years' experience in marketing
