Create policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks
General coordination for marketing department to other departments, partners, suppliers etc...
To monitor, track, execute the marketing activities consistently and measuring the success of the activities.
To co-create and closely follow up on marketing and communications (PR) activities, promotion and co-promotion to achieve the target.
To coordinate with business partners, internal and external parties for highest efficiency on assigned market channels.
To assist the team with logistics of all international/local market in sales & marketing activities and events
To manage a timely reconciliation for all marketing communications documents including, memorandum, budget, actual, invoice, minute of meeting etc...
To assist with marketing presentation, report, promotion and data analysis to improve marketing plan as assigned
To support in maintaining the relationship with all medias as well as to keep media database updated of key publications
To facilitate all sponsorship enquiries and requests for prizes, donations, giveaways
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hotel or real estate industry
Experience in social media platform with graphic design skill would be advantage
