DTGO: AVP – Corporate Strategy (Financial & Business Performance)

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform strategic financial and operational analysis to support short term and long term strategic plans and operating budgets.
  • Evaluate data, prepare forecasts, analyze trends and present results relating to sales, project development, construction, support functions and other areas.
  • Adapt new developments in the field of finance planning and control. Utilize tools & technologies in the creation, display and reproduction of charts, graphs and models relative to the operations of the assigned organization and advice management as assigned.
  • Work directly with management and business units to provide financial strategy, feasibility analysis, cost management and budget planning.
  • Develop financial performance presentations to management regarding the annual financial plan and budget, monthly and quarterly performance analysis and projection.
  • Provide financial expertise in areas of business development, innovative funding, and inorganic growth strategy.
  • Financial modeling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact to the company.
  • Master degree in MBA, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experiences in the field of Financial analyst. Real-estate industry preferred.
  • Very strong Financial data visualization and business analysis skill set.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Open-minded for learning various assignments with high achievement ambition
  • Good command in English and computer literacy.
